If you are not satisfied with a product received from Reef Breeders LLC for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for instructions on how to return your item. All items must be returned in Brand-New or Like-New condition, they must be well packaged in the box they were received in, and they must include all components. Reef Breeders LLC does not accept returns if the item is excessively worn, wet, damaged, or modified in any way. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Reef Breeders LLC may also issue a pre-paid return label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund. We require that any returned items be well packaged in their original box, preferably by the carrier. In most cases, the carrier will tape/package an item free of charge, however Reef Breeders LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred by the carrier when returning an item.
Refunds are typically issued within 1-2 business days of a return arriving at our warehouse. We can only issue a refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account that was used to complete the transaction. If an error was made by the customer when placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible with an order number, as we may be unable to correct an order without an additional charge after it has been shipped. Reef Breeders LLC is unable to issue refunds more than 60 days after a transaction has been processed, due to the policy of PayPal and most major card carriers. Please refer to our warranty policy for more information on exchanges after the 60 day mark.
